Blvd Suites is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and detail-oriented marketing professional to develop and manage internal and external creative. Everything from graphic design to branding to web presence to tradeshow takeaways will fall under the responsibilities of the marketing coordinator.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer in supporting graphic design of presentation, collateral and digital initiatives, and coordinating and supporting various aspects of marketing initiatives (photo shoots, tradeshow merchandising and logistics, print collateral, social/digital initiatives, sponsorships, etc.).

Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to support our growth in the Greater Denver area.
Specifically, as Business Development Manager, you will have the responsibility for generating profitable revenue through the development of new (primary objective) and existing (secondary objective) client business. You will be expected to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will target clients that have local, national and global housing needs. You will be responsible for the local Colorado revenue that these clients generate, and will team with other sales associates who will handle the national and global revenue for these clients. You will be tasked with marketing Blvd Suites to apartment communities, companies and relocation specialists. You will also be required to participate in professional trade groups, such as ERC, and local apartment and relocation organizations as needed. You will be required to take part in all Blvd Suites webinars and teleconferences as they relate to your job function.
Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is looking to add a talented, enthusiastic team member to our growing London, UK office. This person will directly assist the office’s Business Manager by following up on leads and client inquiries, managing the office’s reservation database to ensure information is both accurate and thorough in support of Guest Services and Marketing efforts, and inspecting apartments to verify they meet or exceed our rigorous standards for quality and comfort, among other responsibilities. Must be an independent thinker who thrives on providing an exceptional client experience, and can work effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
