Business Development Manager – Denver, CO Office

Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to support our growth in the Greater Denver area.

Specifically, as Business Development Manager, you will have the responsibility for generating profitable revenue through the development of new (primary objective) and existing (secondary objective) client business. You will be expected to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will target clients that have local, national and global housing needs. You will be responsible for the local Colorado revenue that these clients generate, and will team with other sales associates who will handle the national and global revenue for these clients. You will be tasked with marketing Blvd Suites to apartment communities, companies, and relocation specialists. You will also be required to participate in professional trade groups, such as ERC, and local apartment and relocation organizations as needed. You will be required to take part in all Blvd Suites webinars and teleconferences as they relate to your job function.

Inside Sales Manager – Metro Detroit, MI Office

Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is seeking an enthusiastic, driven sales and service professional to assist our growing client base.

At a high level, the ideal candidate for this role meets the following criteria:

  • Dedicated customer service expert
  • Handles day to day management of customers’ corporate housing needs
  • Organized, multi-tasker
  • Team player mentality
  • Able to navigate in a fast paced environment

More specifically, the Inside Sales Manager will:

  • Qualify leads received via phone, email, and internet
  • Answer phones
  • Source inventory
  • Manage and develop company’s current clients
  • Assist with client management and other tasks
  • Reservation/client database management
  • Prepare proposals for all leads
  • Prepare and distribute contracts/confirmation letters/arrival instructions
  • Maintain an attitude of cooperation with fellow team members and assist them in handling the clients’ needs
  • Participate in local industry or networking events, and local apartment and relocation organizations as needed
  • Provide input and suggestions on how to provide service in a better, faster or easier way without undermining the client experience
  • Receptiveness to feedback from team members
  • Covering the responsibilities of all other job functions on an as-needed basis.
  • On-call responsibility rotation

Administrative Intern – Denver, CO Office

Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, customer service driven, college student, majoring in hospitality, marketing, or business management.

Internship Objectives:

We want your internship experience with Blvd Suites Corporate Housing to be a beneficial, educational experience! We will support you in attaining school credit for your time with us. Our goal is to share with you an overall operational understanding of our corporate housing business, with an emphasis on Guest Services, and Sales.

Is this a paid internship?

YES, we pay $10.00/hour! This is a paid internship opportunity. Expect to work 40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Any school coursework is expected to be completed on your own time. Paychecks are issued bi-weekly.
