Director of Sales - Denver region

Blvd Suites is seeking a Director of Sales for the Denver market.

Responsibilities include:

  • Generating profitable revenue through the development of new and existing client business
  • Generating profitable revenue through the development of new and existing client business based in the Denver market
  • Identifying and developing national and global client needs
  • Exceeding customer expectations and contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Partnering with team members to create awareness in regard to new and future client opportunities, strategies and expectations, ensuring a best in class and consistent experience
  • Managing key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
  • Creating and delivering effective client presentations

Accounting Administrator - Detroit Region

Blvd Suites provides fully furnished apartments to business travelers and relocating persons in major metropolitan areas through the nation. From furniture, to linens, to kitchenware and utilities, we provide it all for our guests’ comfort and convenience.

We are currently seeking new team members to join our Accounting Team. Candidates must be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment, and be detail-oriented, team players who are quick learners. You will be responsible for ensuring all apartment communities, partner companies, vendors and utility companies receive payment for their goods and services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Data entry of invoices into computerized AP/AR system
  • Opening daily mail for invoices and payments, and sorting for data entry
  • Assisting with filing/scanning/copying
  • Providing data for creating, maintaining budgets


  • Strong data entry skills
  • General office skills, including PC usage
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous AP/AR experience a plus
