Business Development Manager - Denver, CO Office
Blvd Suites Corporate Housing is seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to support our growth in the Greater Denver area.
Specifically, as Business Development Manager, you will have the responsibility for generating profitable revenue through the development of new (primary objective) and existing (secondary objective) client business. You will be expected to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. You will target clients that have local, national and global housing needs. You will be responsible for the local Colorado revenue that these clients generate, and will team with other sales associates who will handle the national and global revenue for these clients. You will be tasked with marketing Blvd Suites to apartment communities, companies, and relocation specialists. You will also be required to participate in professional trade groups, such as ERC, and local apartment and relocation organizations as needed. You will be required to take part in all Blvd Suites webinars and teleconferences as they relate to your job function.
