Sales Executive – Grand Rapids area
Passionate, driven and customer service driven team player to generate business in the Grand Rapids/Lansing/Kalamazoo area, with opportunities to work with clients and establish new business throughout the United States.
Corporate housing or relevant industry sales experience a must (i.e. extended stay hotel, property management). A strong background of accomplishment in external sales outside of corporate housing will be considered.
Duties of the Sales Executive include:
- Develop new business through calling, emailing, developing relationships with and making presentations to decision makers at target organizations.
Management and development of current clients. - Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, including performing duties of other team members on occasion as needed.
- Represent Blvd Suites in a professional manner at all times, including presentation and behavior.
- Represent Blvd Suites at after hours, offsite and occasionally out-of-state industry functions.
- Maintain an attitude of cooperation with your fellow employees and assist them in handling the client’s needs.
- Assist the inside sales support staff in anyway possible to help generate additional business.
- Provide input and suggestions on how to provide our service in a better, faster or easier way without undermining the client experience.
- Receptiveness to feedback from team members.
Compensation package includes salary and generous monthly commission, as well as a monthly automobile allowance,and company laptop and cell phone.
