I’m moving out. How do I get my mail forwarded?

You can file a United State Post Office Change of Address form online or at the local Post Office branch in your neighborhood.

What do I do with my keys when I move out?

Your Welcome Packet includes an envelope in which to place your keys. Please drop the envelope off at the apartment community’s leasing office.

I need extra door keys for my family.

Your leasing agent can make additional keys available if you contact them during regular business hours. Extra fees will be charged for additional keys.

I’ve lost my keys.

Please call your leasing agent during business hours for assistance. After hours or on the weekend, please call our hotline at (866) 258-9001 ext.3. There is a $25 fee for after-hours lock-out assistance.

I’m missing my mailbox key.

Your leasing agent can have a replacement mailbox key delivered to you. Please call them and they’ll work with you to arrange the delivery.

Can I get housekeeping service?

Blvd Suites does offer housekeeping but at an additional charge. Contact your leasing agent for more details or to order the service.

What is the minimum stay?
